The legal text of the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement 24.12.2020 (PDF 8MB) was formally published by the government earlier today (Boxing Day, 26 December 2020). At Lawyers for Britain, we are working round the clock to assess the 1246 page legal text in order to answer the key question: will it protect and preserve the United Kingdom’s sovereignty and freedom to decide our own laws after Brexit? Once that assessment process is complete, we will publish are findings but until then do not intend to make any public comment
